Wellness Programs
To Life! strives to offer meaningful wellness programs to support the overall emotional and physical well-being of breast cancer patients and survivors. Classes are held virtually and/or in person (as noted) and are free for breast cancer survivors and thrivers, family & caregivers.
ONGOING PROGRAMS
Yoga Classes
In person and virtual yoga classes are offered in Delmar. Instructor Cheryl Barrell (RYT-200) will lead the class for participants of all yoga experience and levels. Cheryl believes in a sustainable yoga practice and leads anatomy informed asana practices that include breath work and meditation. As always check with your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program.
Bethlehem YMCA - 900 Delaware Avenue, Delmar - 5:30 pm - this is a drop in class. No need to register.

Morning Meditations
Learn the art of mindfulness for a better you. We will sit in stillness and practice gentle breath work and body scans in order to improve our overall health and wellbeing. Hope Club ~1 Penny Lane, Latham

Read with us! Book discussions held every 5-6 weeks from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the gallery at 110 Spring Street, Saratoga Springs.
Current book read is What Fresh Hell? By Lucy Vine. This book is a hilarious adn relatable novel about the chaos of being a maid of honor, following protagonist Lilah Fox as she navigates a disastrous hen party and the overwhelming task of planning her best friends wedding.

Nature Walk - Wilton Wildlife Preserve & Park
Thursday, June 11 - 5:00 pm
A gentle walk through the Wilton Preserve led by Allyson Paradis, Environmental Education Coordinator. Wear comfortable, supportive walking shoes and plan for 1.5 hours of time.

Silver Bay Thrivers Retreat
Thursday, August 27 - Sunday, August 31
Silver Bay, Lake George
This is an exclusive lakeside retreat for the breast cancer community. Interested guests will be added to a list, and attendance will be determined through a random lottery drawing to ensure fairness. Drawing will take place at the end of April.
Limited capacity. 3 night commitment required.
