1- Downtown Albany:

              - park in downtown Albany near Broadway and Pine Streets - cross over Hudson Riverway Bridge - proceed left (north) along Mohawk-Hudson Rail Trail - turn around where trail crosses under the I-90 Patroon Island bridge

 

2- East Greenbush:

              - park in the SEFCU parking lot on Miller Road in East Greenbush - go left onto the Albany Hudson Electric Trail (AHET) which is the sidewalk along Miller Road - cross under I-90 and turn right to continue on the Trail - turn around where the Trail crosses Reno Road

 

3- Voorheesville:

               - park in the Grove Street parking lot in Voorheesville which is the terminus of the Albany County Helderberg Hudson Rail Trail - cross Grove Street onto the Trail and proceed along the Trail - turn around where the Trail crosses Hilton Road

 

4- Troy:

                (north)

                (south)

               - park in the parking lot on Gurley Ave. in Troy between Stoneledge Drive and 9th Ave - proceed north along the Bikeway for the 3.8k route or go south for the 4.5k route

 

5- Niskayuna:

                (west)

                (east)

            - park in Lions Park lot in Niskayuna - proceed left on the Bikeway (west) and go as far as Lock 7 before turning around (this route is approximately 7k),

            - OR, proceed right on the Bikeway (east) and go as far along River Road as an unmarked dirt road/driveway before turning around (this route is approximately 5.8k)

 

6- Round Lake:

                (north)

                (south)

               - park in parking lost on Curry Road near Simpson Ave. in Round Lake - proceed left (north) onto Zim Smith Trail - turn around at intersection of Ruhle Pass Road,

                - OR, proceed right (south) out of parking lot onto Zim Smith Trail - turn around at intersection of English Road

 

7- Lake George Village

     

         - park near Lake George Battlefield Park in Lake George Village - proceed to Warren County Bikeway at intersection of Beach Road and Fort George Park Road - proceed south on Bikeway trail - turn around at intersection of Bloody Pond Road

 

8- Saratoga:

            - multiple walking trails in Saratoga State Park - the Geyser Trail is just shy of 5k and starts near the parking lot by the Roosevelt Baths and Spa on Roosevelt Drive Extension
