COVID-19 Service Updates
OFFICE SAFETY PROTOCOLS - Updated July 1, 2021: To Life! continues to offer support services and education programs virtually. Our boutiques are open for in-person fittings by appointment only.
For the safety of our staff and the clients we serve please follow our guidelines:
Please wear a mask upon entering the building.
If you received the COVID-19 vaccine and would like to remove your mask, please bring your vaccination card and present it to a staff person. Once your vaccination is verified and you are brought into the fitting room, you will not be required to wear a mask during the remainder of your appointment, if you choose to remove it. We will keep a copy of your vaccination card in your file.
If you have not received the COVID-19 vaccine or are unable to provide proof, you will be required to wear a mask throughout your visit and also be required to complete a health questionnaire and have your temperature taken. If you do not have a mask, To Life! will provide one for you.
If you are in need of services or an appointment, please call us at 518-439-5975.
Please do not attend your appointment if you have any of the following symptoms:
· Shortness of Breath or Chest Tightness
· Sore Throat
· Nasal Congestion/Runny Nose
· Myalgia (Body Aches)
· Loss of Taste and/or Smell
· Have been diagnosed with coronavirus or exposed to a positive case of coronavirus within the past 14 days
